Deposits#

Kyron only credits native USDC on Base. Send any other asset, or send on a different chain, and we cannot guarantee recovery.

My deposit hasn't shown up: Base confirmations usually settle in about 30 seconds but can take a few minutes when the network is busy. Open the Basescan link on your deposit address — if the transfer is confirmed there, email us the transaction hash and we'll trace it.
I sent the wrong asset or wrong chain: Email us immediately with the transaction hash. Recovery isn't guaranteed and may not be possible, but we'll attempt it.
What about gas and fees?: Your own wallet pays send-side gas to the source chain. Kyron covers the eligible Base-side costs of crediting and trading. The full breakdown is on the Fee Schedule page.

Trading#

My order didn't fill: Your limit price has to cross the resting book. Open the order book on the market detail page to see where liquidity sits. You can edit or cancel any open order from your Portfolio under Open orders.
How are trading fees calculated?: Variance-weighted, peaking at a 50¢ price and tapering to zero at 0¢ and 100¢. Full math on the Fee Schedule page.
How is a market resolved?: Each market lists its resolution source on the market detail page. Once the event closes, settlement runs against that source.

Withdrawals#

Withdrawals are on-chain transfers from your Kyron wallet to an address you control. Double-check the first and last 4 characters of the destination address — there is no undo.

How long does a withdrawal take?: Same-chain Base USDC withdrawals usually settle about 30 seconds after the network confirms. Cross-chain destinations depend on the route — the withdrawal screen shows the expected time before you confirm.
My withdrawal is stuck: Email us the destination address, amount, and source transaction hash. We'll check the on-chain status and, if needed, replay the route.

Account and security#

Your Kyron wallet is non-custodial. Only you can spend the funds inside it.

I can't sign in: Make sure you used the same sign-in method (Google, X, Telegram, or email) you signed up with — each method creates a separate wallet. If the email code never arrives, check spam, then write to us.
How do I export my private key?: Settings → Account → Reveal private key. The key is revealed by Magic Labs on their own page; Kyron never sees it.
Why is my region blocked?: Some jurisdictions are blocked at signup or trade. Detection is best-effort and can be wrong. If you believe it's a mistake, email us and we'll review. Using a VPN to evade the block violates the Terms.
